Fitness Classes
TOTAL BODY FITNESS!!! Instructor - Karen Reinbolt
(8:15 - 9:15 a.m.) Monday & Wednesday
This class is designed for all levels. Participants will be marching, kicking, stepping and punching during the 20 minutes of Cardio. The pace starts out slow and gradually rises for a great Calorie Burning segment, followed by weight bearing exercises for all body parts. Stretching is a must to relieve stress and increase flexibility. Dress comfortable with cushioned, supportive foot wear. If you have a favorite floor mat, bring it with you. We do provide mats if not. Come join in on the fun and become a healthier you!

"Zumba” - (6:00 p.m. - 6:45 p.m.) Monday & WEDNESDAY Instructor: Mo Decker
Zumba is a Latin dance created for fitness. This Zumba program combines fun, easy to follow, yet some challenging dance steps with hot latin beats to help you shed pounds and inches fast. Zumba is inspired by the traditional cumbia, salsa, samba and merengue.
Dance has been the love of my life. I am excited to share this time with you. These classes are suited for everyone from seven to seventy. Please come join in on the fun and get a great workout. I am fully accredited with the Zumba organization known as the Zin community and am continuing fitness education. Currently, I am enrolled in NASM/AFAA group fitness class to further my education to better serve you. I am a certified BLS provider with the American Heart Association. I look forward to instructing and meeting you all at class……...

Biggest Loser
INDIVIDUAL COMPETITION
January 7th - March 11th, 2021
Individuals will compete in a weight loss competition. Participants will weigh in each week with the hopes of losing 1% of their total weight. The competition will run for 9 weeks with the first weigh-in being on Thursday, January 7th. Individuals can weigh-in anytime between 5 a.m. - 9 p.m. The final weigh-in will take place on Thursday, March 11th. Rules and regulations of the competition can be picked up at the BRCC beginning December 1, 2020. Participants will be offered weekly incentives to keep them motivated on their journey to becoming more healthy. Cost is $15.00 per person. The top three men and top three women will win prizes.
