Rental Information
The BRCC Staff invite you to reserve our air conditioned meeting room, multi-purpose room or gymnasium for your next reunion, wedding reception, anniversary, birthday party, etc. Reservations will be accepted one year in advance To reserve one of our rooms, please call 620-223-0386.
Rental Rates
Large Meeting Room - This room can accommodate up to 30 people. Perfect for a meeting, baby or bridal shower or small get together. It rents for $35 for three hours or less and $5 for each additional hour. A $15 deposit is also required.
Corey Dale Larson Multi-Purpose Gym - This area of the building can accommodate up to 200 people, which includes a kitchen area. This area is often used for dances, programs and special events, so don’t wait too long to book your next gathering. This area rents for $40 for three hours or less and $10 each additional hour. A $25 deposit is also required.
Big Gymnasium - The Big Gymnasium rents for $50 for three hours or less and each additional hour is $10. Used for special events only such as benefit basketball and/or volleyball tournaments. A $50 deposit is also required.
Commercial rates are double the normal rates.

The staff at Buck Run Community Center strives to provide you with the best possible facilities and programs available. We are committed to serving all age groups and varied interests in our community. We encourage you to participate in the activities that are of interest to you and your family.
BRCC Fitness Club - Join Today!
The fitness phase of Buck Run contains a 2300 square foot fitness/workout area equipped with treadmills, elliptical machines, stationary bikes, stair climber, 2 full sets of free weights with decline and incline benches & a full circuit of weight resistance machines. Along with the fitness center, the addition also includes a racquetball/multi-purpose room and shower facilities. BRCC also includes a full circuit of hydraulic resistant machines in a separate location.
On a family membership, a household shall be no more than 2 adults, age 18 & older, and their dependent children through age 26, who are residing together as a single family unit. Dependent children includes foster children and legal guardianship situations. You must be 16 years of age or older to use the fitness equipment or a minimum of 14 years of age if accompanied by an adult. To play racquetball, you must be 16 years of age or have an adult present while you play.
Membership Fees
Single Fitness Membership $80 per year
Single Fitness Membership $105 per year (Includes unlimited use of racquetball court)
Single Racquetball Membership $75 per year
Family Membership $130 per year (Family of 4) $25 for each additional family member
Family Membership $155 per year (Family of 4) Includes unlimited use of racquetball court
Daily Fitness Center Fee $3 per day
Racquetball Court Rental $3 per hour (Reserve court by calling 223-0386)

Adult Racquetball
The BRCC has an indoor air-conditioned court for the use of our patrons. Reserve your next match by calling 223-0386. Reservations are available during normal BRCC hours.
Pickle Ball
Come down to BRCC or to the four new outdoor courts @ 910 Burke St. and try the latest new sport of Pickleball. Call 223-0386 to find out more about time when groups are playing and/or to join the group. Outdoor courts is a first come, first serve basis. Paddles and balls are available to use @ BRCC as well.
